Repair Trucks. Serve People.
At Open Bay Truck Repair, we believe that exceptional service starts with exceptional people.
Founded in 2023 in Joplin, Missouri, Open Bay was built on firsthand experience in the trucking industry and a simple belief: truck repair should be about more than fixing equipment. It's about keeping businesses moving, protecting livelihoods, and treating people right.
The Open Bay Way
We're building a workplace grounded in integrity, accountability, teamwork, respect, and pride in workmanship. We believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching, taking ownership of our work, and supporting one another in getting the job done right.
We value people who take initiative, communicate honestly, solve problems, and continually work to improve their skills. Experience matters, but so do character, attitude, and the willingness to contribute to something bigger than yourself.

Investing in Our Team
We believe taking care of our employees is just as important as taking care of our customers. That's why we're proud to offer 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for eligible employees after 90 days. We also offer family coverage options, because we understand that taking care of the people who matter most is important, too.
We're committed to building an environment where employees have clear expectations, opportunities to grow, and the support they need to take pride in their work.

More Than a Repair Shop
Whether you're an experienced diesel technician, a service professional, or someone supporting the operation behind the scenes, every position plays an important role in our success.
We're not looking for people who simply want to punch a clock. We're looking for professionals who care about the quality of their work, respect their teammates, and understand that every truck we service represents a customer depending on us.
For Truckers. By Truckers.
At Open Bay Truck Repair, we're building something worth being part of.
