About Open Bay Truck Repair

Welcome to our shop, your trusted truck service provider in Joplin, MO, and beyond. Established in 2023, we are a family-owned business driven by passion and a commitment to serving the needs of truck drivers in the Midwest with our spacious, two-bay premises.

Our Story

Our story began with a personal experience that left us frustrated and determined to make a difference. John, our founder, was once stranded on the road when his truck broke down on Memorial Day. To his dismay, there was no service available, and the idea of waiting for days to get his truck fixed seemed completely unacceptable.

That experience sparked the idea of creating a truck service shop that would always be open, regardless of the day or time. We believe that you deserve access to reliable and immediate truck repairs whenever you need them, not just during regular business hours or by appointment. No more waiting for the following week or being left stranded on holidays; we are here for you around the clock.

Quality Services

At our shop, our experienced mechanics share the same passion for trucks and the road as you do. Equipped with state-of-the-art tools and a comprehensive inventory of spare parts, we are fully prepared to handle any truck repair, big or small. From engine diagnostics to tire replacements, from brake repairs to electrical issues, we've got you covered.

At Open Bay Truck Repair, we also utilzie only the most advanced equipment on the market, including the jewel in our crown, a dealer-level diagnostic computer to cater to all heavy-duty diesel engine makes and models.

Focus on Customer Service
